Tim's wedding

First of all, I have to say that Tim (Jeremy's brother) is one of the least selfish people I know. He's always puting others first and has always amazed me at how even though he has 4 loud, outspoken brother's, who tend to cut you off when speaking without thought(Oh, yes you do!), he never has. Who, when planning their wedding considers others schedules besides their own? I certainly didn't. Tim called us a few months before to find out when we were going to be in Utah and planned his wedding so we could be there. He wrote his own vows and was very sincere and sweet. The whole thing turned out beautiful, esspecially the bride.

Tim and Katalina.
They asked me to do their wedding cake and I begged them to let me do fondant! It is way too much fun! **Thanks guys**

Finished! And no real disasters accured, which is probably always a worry...but only to the one who made it. I was a little crazy. Yes, I sat in the back of the van protecting it on it's 45 mile drive, shooed off pests from touching it, even the photographer. *Sorry!* In my defense, she was wanting to pick up the whole table and turn it so the sun could shine on the front. Luckily the brother's stopped her and just rotated the cake on the table top rather than moving the table. It took quite a bit of effort to get the table steady on the lumpy grass. So, there's my excuse. :) Thanks Tim for thinking of us!
