A couple of weeks ago I got to take off (by myself) and go to Utah for my brother Mike's wedding. I loved every moment. Well maybe except for going to the airport (both times). But it was really a lot of fun. I got to hang out with my brother Buddy and his wife, whom I haven't seen in at least two years so that was a lot of rock'n good fun. The wedding was beautiful and the food was awesome. It all seemed to run so smoothly which is rare I think for a wedding. 
Mike looked so handsome in his tuxedo and Leah was stunning. I didn't get any real good pictures of the bride and groom together so *hint hint* Diana send me some!
Maddux was the cute little ring bearer. He did so good. No one even noticed those grass stains dude! haha!
John and Whitney. They're so cute!
Trey is such a stud! He thought I was trying to take a picture of him but I really was going for Michael D in the back. Just kidding. I wonder what was so funny though.

Yep, I got to play with fondant again! This time didn't go so smoothly. The powdered sugar was clumping up. I think it wasn't as fresh as the store wanted us to think. Grrr...it was frustrating.
This was the beautiful cake topper that wouldn't stay on top. Plus the cake was on a tall table so we didn't want to add much more height anyway. It looked really pretty next to the cake though.
This cake was definitely a group effort. My Mom baked all the cakes and added the large frosting pearls at the end. I covered and scored them and Crystal put on most of the pearls for me. We were done before midnight! It was fun to hang out all night. We served the cake at the wedding and it was so yummy. The top two layers of cake was a chocolate zucchini brownie, and the bottom was a white cake.
