We had a really fun day. As soon as Dad got home we went to the Mall, shopped around and had some chinese food for dinner. We then went to see Enchanted at the Theatre. Super cute movie! We loved it! We then came home, opened presents and made a birthday wish! I can't believe my baby is 8!
After school, Kyra came home to a package in the mail for her from Gram, Gramps & Di. She was soo excited! She loved everything!
We had a fun night putting rag curls in Kyra's hair for her b-day. She read Owl at Home to me while I wrapped away! She looked like orphan Annie when she woke up that morning, so we arranged it on top of her head for a cute princess up-do. She looked cute. (My batteries died in my camera, sorry no shots)
The kids thought it would be fun to sit on top of the swing set and try to blow bubbles over the fence to their friend next door. Kyra's way of doing it was...unique. Who needs those pesty wands anyway?
I put this hat on Delly the other day. Not being used to wearing things on her head, she wanted to take if off. Everytime she would go to take it off I'd grunt and pull her hand down. After a few times of doing this she'd touch her hat and grunt. She kept it on though!
Doesn't she look happy in her hat?
